Once we have commenced viewing your property we will notify you of all offers and expressions of interest. To ensure there are no misunderstandings we will always request that offers are confirmed in writing by interested parties.
When presented with an offer we will point out the buyers anticipated timescales, to ensure they are suitable for you, the buyers situation, (e.g do they have a related sale, are they chain free, etc), and then finally the price. Often you might find you will need to be flexible on timescales to secure the best price but we will advise you accordingly with each offer.
