Meet The Team
Opening Times
Weekdays - 09:00 to 18:00
Saturdays - 10:00 to 16:00

Clerkenwell has a rich history that can be traced back to the Middle Ages, and its more recent past is clearly visible in the eclectic mix of old warehouses and period buildings that sit alongside the contemporary new-build apartments. This is high-end living space in a prime location that is attracting an influx of new residents and dynamic commercial enterprises.

The driving force behind the growing demand for Clerkenwell property is the area’s central location, bordering Bloomsbury, Holborn, Islington, King’s Cross and the City. This has drawn a mix of City workers and creative professionals to the area, keen to rent or buy in this up-and-coming district. In fact Clerkenwell now has one of the highest concentrations of creative-sector businesses anywhere in the world. And it’s no coincidence that this growth has been accompanied by a wave of fashionable new clubs, bars and eateries, including several Michelin-starred restaurants.

In the 17th Century South Clerkenwell was a fashionable place of residence, popular with the wealthy elite, including Oliver Cromwell who had a house on Clerkenwell Green. During the Industrial Revolution the area became famous for its breweries, distilleries, printers and clock makers. The warehouses and workshops of Clerkenwell’s industrial past still exist today, but they are now home to architecture practices, design showrooms, film companies and new media agencies.
