Once instructed , we will arrange a visit by our sales team, photographer and floor planner. We can usually arrange this within 48 hours of receiving the written instruction.
You will be featured on our own website in addition to all of the major property portals and we will also notify you of any printed media that we are featuring your property in.
Viewings
We accompany all of our viewings and, where possible, give you 24 hours notice for visits, although it's best to assume we may call to arrange access at short notice, just in case. We usually view during office hours during the week and on Saturdays up until around 4pm.
You will receive up to date and useful feedback from each of your viewings in a format of your choice. Whilst some people prefer regular feedback we find other people find a weekly update preferable. The choice is yours and can be discussed at the point of instruction.
