With a great stock of villas and the holiday season stretching from the start of May to the end of September, we anticipate a busy summer for our Ibiza holiday rentals. January has already seen a busy start to the year with plenty of enquiries already coming in. So far, market conditions appear to be the same as they were this time last year and we anticipated that this interest in our Ibiza holiday rentals will remain steady throughout April/ May time.

This high demand for Ibiza holiday rentals is primarily down to families looking to book their summer holidays during the school term times. Due to their dates being less flexible, families tend to look ahead and book early, therefore the end of July and August which is considered peak season, always gets booked up first. The cost of renting villas in Ibiza peaks during this period, therefore many families rent with other families to share the price of accommodation.

The perfect location for a party, Ibiza has always been the destination for people looking to celebrate. As there is no age limit to party and feel young in Ibiza, the island remains a popular attraction for birthday celebrations for people in their 30s, 40s, 50s and 60s. Ibiza is becoming a common location for couples to celebrate their love and commitment to each other, and the island is growing in popularity for people looking to celebrate weddings and renew their wedding vows.

Ibiza has always been a popular location for citizens of other European countries to take their summer holidays. Demand in August is high as many businesses in mainland Spain, France and Italy will close for holidays during this month. Also Ibiza is experiencing growing levels of tourism from countries further afield with emerging markets in Russia, USA, India and Australia.

Ibiza will always have a loyal fan base that is determined to return to the Island year on year, some even visiting several times each summer. The opening parties in May and the closing parties in September have always generated a huge amount of interest and this is always a busy time.
