Lance Calder - Development Agency

Lance is in our development and investment team and specialises in acquisitions and disposal of cleared sites, conversions and income producing investments. Lance has over seven years experience working in central London and the Home Counties and has been involved in a large number of transactions, ranging from the disposal of a small residential investments to large regeneration schemes, and on behalf of high net worth individual to small and medium size property companies.

James Goff - Chairman

James Goff founded the company in 1986 and has an MSc in estate management and valuations. He is a Chartered Surveyor and is recognised by many as being the resident expert alongside Alice Beer in the long running television program 'Hot Property'. James has been an LPA receiver for several banks and he has solid experience in both Commercial and Residential properties.

Ben Martin - Gammon - Head of New Homes Sales

Ben is joining the New Homes department with over 11 years of experience within the industry. Acting over the last 3 years as Manager of Residential Sales at our successful Shoreditch office, he is a valued team member.
Ben brings with him a great understanding of all the elements needed to make a successful scheme and we welcome his expertise.

Mia Kitaruth - Development Manager

Mia joined Stirling Ackroyd in July 2008 as a new homes consultant and spear headed operations at the immensely successful Bermondsey Square development. Mia is currently working for numerous projects alongside a number of key London developers.

Mia has a number of years in residential sales in addition to a background in design and is able to combine both of these elements in providing advice to clients, from planning through to interiors.
