From here we ensure all colleagues are competently trained to be able to undertake their job role within the first six months of service with us. As part of our lettings team you can expect to participate in courses such as: Foundation Lettings, Lettings Negotiation Techniques, Advanced Lettings Negotiation, Winning the Instruction and Comprehensive Lettings Legislation for starters leading to a plethora of Management Development courses and ARLA qualifications as their career progresses. Likewise, as part of our sales team you can enjoy Foundation Sales, Selling Negotiation Techniques and Market Appraisal Skills before working towards their NAEA Qualification and further Management Development courses. To further help our employees succeed in their role we also provide a large volume of short course sessions, workshops and comprehensive e-learning to compliment your classroom training.
