Stirling Ackroyd relaunches new homes division and completes first major acquisition
Stirling Ackroyd has relaunched its new homes division and appointed a new in-house team of experts to grow the operation with sole use of the Stirling Ackroyd brand and branch network.
This follows the resolution of a legal dispute with a previously affiliated business, who can no longer use or reference the Stirling Ackroyd brand.
Commenting Brett Sullings, Head of Stirling Ackroyd Commercial, said: "It is with immense pleasure to announce Stirling Ackroyd New Homes is now back in-house with a new team based in our Shoreditch headquarters. Our commercial team has sourced land for developers for many years now. We are once again able to provide them with full access to our branch network and brand for the sale new homes.
Stirling Ackroyd has also acquired the lettings book of MyLondonHome, a property agent with a footprint in Central London. The deal comes hot on the heels of an acquisition made in February by Nick Dunning Associates, that of the Little Lettings Company, a Woking based portfolio. Both acquisitions have added more than 1,000 fully managed units to the group.
