On Wednesday 21st October, Stirling Ackroyd hosted its first East London Property seminar at The Trampery in Old Street.
Over 200 property investors attended the event where Stirling Ackroyd’s Managing Director Andrew Bridges, Lettings Director Alexander Jones and Head of Residential Development Nick Davies presented the latest property trends and investment statistics from East London and its surrounding areas.
The hour long seminar explained the success of ‘Silicon Roundabout’, the drivers to the success, the demographics of local buyers and tenants, a summary of present and past growth and today’s values. The second half of the seminar concentrated on the Migration East which was a direct result of the success of Silicon roundabout and then ended with a question and answer session.
