The remaining two floors at Trinity, 39 Tabernacle Street are now let and the building is fully occupied!
On behalf of Boultbee London and City Innovations, our commercial team are proud to announce that we have now successfully leased all four floors at Trinity, 39 Tabernacle Street.
The ground and second floors were let to Cancom who are relocating from nearby Clifton St and were attracted to the ability to use the 1840 sqft ground floor as sales floor and meeting rooms and the 5430 sq ft second floor as their new London HQ offices.
Lucy Stephens, our senior negotiator agreed the terms and the leases were completed earlier this month.
