Brett has a passion for the commercial property market with a wealth of experience and professionalism to advise both clients and applicants on all their needs. Having joined the commercial team in 2005 and progressed to heading up one of the most active and successful teams within Stirling Ackroyd, Brett’s knowledge of the market and passion for Stirling Ackroyd is infectious. He enjoys offering advice on values, marketing advice and development or investment appraisals to a range of client bases. He is also a keen supporter of Rugby but prefers to watch rather than play these days.

Iftakhar focuses upon on the commercial property market, with acquisition and disposal transactional experience in retail, office and industrial properties as well as investment and development sites. Iftakhar joined the Commercial team in 2006 and built a wealth of experience primarily in diverse and expanding East London property markets. He enjoys offering advice on property values and marketing, as well as development and investment appraisals.

ALEXANDER ZECKLER

Alexander is the youngest member of the team but has proven to be a key player. Having started his Stirling career on residential for 16 months, he joined the commercial team with an eager attitude to get deals done. ROSIE DAVIS
Office Manager

Rosie joined Acorn’s Commercial, Investment & Development Division in 2018, making a bold career move from her previous role as a sound engineer at the Houses of Parliament. Since then, she has risen through the ranks from Junior Administrator to Office Manager. In 2025, Rosie was promoted to Office Manager for both Acorn and Stirling Ackroyd’s Commercial, Investment & Development Divisions. As the operational backbone of both teams, she ensures all administrative functions run smoothly and efficiently across the board. Outside of work, Rosie enjoys attending music festivals, experimenting in the kitchen, and country walks with her beloved Cockapoo Basil.

MAISIE ANDERSON
Team Assistant

Maisie joined the group in 2019, starting her journey on the Residential team. Since then, she has gained broad experience across a wide range of areas within our London and Kent branches. Most recently, she transitioned to the Commercial, Investment, and Development team, now working between our Bromley and Shoreditch offices—her most centrally based role to date.
A regular at the city’s coffee spots, Maisie enjoys exploring new cafés during her downtime. Outside of work, she recently completed her degree in Criminology, graduating from Goldsmiths, University of London.
