Payments to change the tenancy, when requested by the tenant, for alterations to the tenancy agreement
or tenant swaps, capped at £50.00
Payments associated with early termination of the tenancy, when requested by the tenant
Payments in respect of utilities, communication services, TV licence and council tax
A default fee for late payment of rent, charged at 3% of the rent amount due (when payments are over
14 days late)
Payment of for the reasonably incurred costs for the loss of keys/security devices
