Brilliantly connected to The City, Stratford and the West End with fantastic tube and bus links as well as the upcoming Crossrail at both Stratford and Liverpool Street further improving connections.

We worked alongside the developer prior to build to advise on individual apartment layouts and specification choices. In conjunction with an external marketing company as well as our in house marketing team we were able to create all elements of marketing required to secure sales at the development. Off plan sales were driven on the first phase launch with a combination of online marketing on portals, HTML mailers and a social media campaign managed by our in house marketing team that was deemed to have produced some of the best results Rightmove had seen in East London that year. On completion of a show flat we were then able to undertake viewings at the development to secure further sales with the continuation of the previously mentioned marketing strategy to promote awareness and sustain enquiry levels, viewings and subsequent offers. This was the most successful marketing campaign of 2021 for the new homes team.

A collection of twenty six, one and two bedroom loft inspired East London apartments across two buildings. Perfectly located only 30 minutes from the heart of the city with countryside nearby.

We worked alongside the developer from the early stages to discuss and advise on specification choices and the individual layouts of each apartment. The marketing was prepared by an external company which showcased the development and all of the required information. The development was released in multiple phases as the apartments were across two buildings. We received and incredibly high level of interest and were able to secure off plan sales through use of online marketing on all major portals as well as the Stirling Ackroyd website alongside HTML mailers to the sales database to drive interest. In addition we used social media to create further interest. Block A sold out rapidly with buyers then waiting to purchase in the adjacent building. This was one of the most successful developments of 2020 for the new homes team in terms of speed and volume of sale at set new precedents for the local area.

A boutique development of just 5 apartments in a newly converted period building within the Roman Road Conservation Area and just moments from Victoria Park. The apartments benefit from generous proportions and character features throughout, all encompassed in a high quality modern finish.

The development brochure created by our in house marketing team shared all of the key features, specification, plans and images to fully inform buyers of all the required information. Working on a smaller development where a show flat was not installed we worked with the photography company to use CGI furniture to show the rooms at their best and how to use the spaces. Improving online presentation resulted in strong enquiry levels from the portals and HTML mailers translating to viewings and offers.  All sales were secured swiftly.
