Based in our Head Office in Byfleet, Surrey – every new colleague will be enrolled onto our Induction program, lasting 3 – 5 days.
This week provides an introduction to the business, our group of companies and the services we offer as well as the basics you will need to be “branch ready” by the time you go to your permanent place of work. You will also be introduced to the business leaders and taught the principles of our businesses which allow us to differentiate ourselves from the competition.

Once you have completed your Induction Week, you will be enrolled onto your personal Learning and Development career pathway.
All of our trainee positions are open to all, whether you are a recent college leaver or graduate, or someone looking to transfer from an alternative sector. There isn't a better place for you to start your property career.
We provide access to a number of apprenticeships for existing and new colleagues, such as the Housing and Property Management. On completion of the course delegates will attain the Propertymark Level 3 qualification and may become a member of ARLA and be eligible to join as a Level 3 member of the Chartered Institute of Housing. Once successfully completed the Level 3 Apprenticeship, colleagues' careers can progress to a Level 4 qualification.
