Having joined the commercial team in 2005 and progressed to heading up one of the most active and successful teams within Stirling Ackroyd, Brett's knowledge of the market and passion for Stirling Ackroyd is infectious. He enjoys offering advice on values, marketing advice and development or investment appraisals to a range of client bases. He is also a keen supporter of Rugby but prefers to watch rather than play these days…
With over 20 years’ experience under her belt including working as an LPA Receiver for Allied Irish Bank, Lucy enjoys all aspects of the market, from working closely with clients on large redevelopment strategies to letting and acquiring offices, nothing is considered too big or too small. Lucy is a mum to two beautiful boys, Harry and George, and a very noisy French bulldog called Cyril. Her main hobby is picking up Lego bricks off the living room floor!
Iftakhar joined the Commercial team in 2006 and built a wealth of experience primarily in diverse and expanding East London property markets. He enjoys offering advice on property values and marketing, as well as development and investment appraisals to a range of private and institutional clients. Iftakhar's loyalty and passion for East London explains his decision to be a life-long supporter of West Ham United, he is also a keen cricket fan.
Samantha-Jo excels in the dynamic and fast paced City Fringe market and has fast become one of the most successful agents in the sub 5,000 sq ft range – focusing particularly on servicing the creative and rapidly growing TMT sectors. She is completing a part time degree in Estate Management with a view to becoming accredited by the RICS. Outside of work, Samantha-Jo travels, surfs and cooks and on her Sundays loves to explore different parts of London.
George is involved in all aspects of office agency for both sales and lettings acting for a variety of landlords and tenants. His energy and passion for the City Fringe market has established himself as a key member of the commercial department. He has developed a strong reputation for delivering an efficient service to a broad range of clients.
Lucy’s role as our coordinator has provided her with a fundamental understanding of our business, and will greatly assist in her future progression of becoming a commercial agent. She is dedicated in her pursuit of building a successful property career and expanding her professional network, and as a naturally personable character, she is unsurprisingly adept in social settings and has rapidly become a highly valued member of our team!
