Let Only, Rent Collect and Managed Service (Total fees plus VAT payable for the duration of the tenancy) 16% plus VAT (19.2% inc VAT)
Let Only and Rent Collect Service (Total fees plus VAT payable for the duration of the tenancy) 13% plus VAT (15.6% inc VAT)
Let Only Service (Renewal fee applicable for years two and three only. Payable on a sliding scale plus VAT) 10% plus VAT (12% inc VAT)
Short Lets (six months or less): Letting, renewal and receiving rent:
Letting, renewal, receiving rent and management:
20% + VAT (24% inc VAT) of rent
25% + VAT (30% inc VAT) of rent
