Anthology creates homes that are 'Built from London'. For us, it's about enhancing neighbourhoods by celebrating the rich fabric of the city - the people, their stories and the culture that makes London so special.
Hoxton has long been associated with being cutting edge and it continues to evolve. Every week new quirky bars, pop-up restaurants, shops and events appear. It's an area that seems to set trends rather than following them, but alongside everything new it still merges with the old - its sense of community and bustling street markets help it maintain an authentic East End atmosphere.
Sat on the edge of equally-fashionable Shoreditch, Hoxton is just a short walk away from the City of London and the ever-lively Dalston. Nearby Regent's Canal with its scenic cycle routes stretches out to charming Islington and Camden Town's renowned market while the transport hubs of Liverpool Street, King's Cross and London Bridge are all within easy reach.
Hoxton is within easy reach of the City of London, West End and beyond. The nearest overland, Hoxton Station, has good connections into and across town while London Underground services are close by at Angel and Highbury & Islington. By car, the A10 leads onto the North Circular and the M25. *From December 2018 Crossrail services will be running from Whitechapel.

The site was previously home to the Mullord Brothers who produced paper products including lace paper greeting cards, dish papers, playing cards as well as other gifts and novelties. They moved to the site in the 1860's and remained there for at least 60 years. Predating them, the area was used for leisure activities such as archery in the 16th Century and used to be part m of Finsbury Fields.
The site represents the third phase of Hackney Council's regeneration of the Colville Estate. Phase 3 extends to approximately 0.93 acres (0.38 hectares), part of the estate's regeneration masterplan which extends approximately 11.98 acres (4.85 ha).
