Group plans to further grow the business organically and by acquisition in 2023.
Award-winning Stirling Ackroyd Group today announces it delivered 20 per cent revenue growth alongside the opening of five sales and lettings offices and the acquisition of three property companies in London and the South East in 2022.
The businesses acquired include Red Bear Property Management, Hamilton Chess and Castle Estates, which have all rebranded as Stirling Ackroyd. The Group opened sales offices in Earlsfield, Canary Wharf and Nine Elms in London, a sales and lettings office in Byfleet, Surrey, and a lettings office in Englefield Green, Surrey.
The Group intends to acquire a similar number of property businesses over the next 12 months and open sales and lettings offices in strategic locations across London and the South East.
At the end of the year the Group picked up two of the biggest accolades at The Negotiator Awards 2022, including London Agency of the Year and Estate Agency of the Year (Large), beating off strong competition. The first London agent to achieve this double in more than seven years.
Commenting Nick Dunning, CEO of Stirling Ackroyd Group, said: “We have been focused on building a fast-growing and profitable business where people are proud to work and where we deliver excellent customer service year after year. It is great to see this work recognised in our award wins.”
“As we continue our growth trajectory, we will continue to do so with our people, our clients and our partners at the heart of what we do. We are proud of the initiatives we have launched this past year, such as an internship programme for youth development in the communities we serve, increasing our range of electric vehicles and implementing an employee equality mentoring programme.”
To round off a busy year for the Group, more than 40 awards were presented to employees as a reward for their hard work, dedication and achievements over the past 12 months. More than 30 people will enjoy a cruise to Mainland Europe with visits to top sights in Northern France and the Netherlands.
Since Nick Dunning Associates took over management of Stirling Ackroyd in 2017, the business has grown exponentially. It is now home to 35 sales and lettings offices and more than 420 employees. More than 20 sales and lettings companies have been acquired over the past five years and the Group has built successful surveying, commercial and new homes divisions.
Nick Dunning concluded: “2023 will be another big year for us as we look to grow organically and through acquisition, and as we maximise the synergies and revenue opportunities with our new homes, commercial and surveying teams.”
