Set within the magnificent and historic Wraysbury Hall, this exceptionally spacious three-bedroom, three-bathroom ground-floor apartment offers a rare opportunity to enjoy riverside living within an impressive semi-rural setting.
Originally constructed in 1892 as a grand riverside family estate, Wraysbury Hall was designed by prominent British architect Thomas Edward Collcutt in a striking “Free Early Tudor” and Jacobean style. Originally named Rivernook, the red-brick manor house was surrounded by landscaped grounds sweeping down towards the banks of the River Thames.
Over the years, the Hall has enjoyed a fascinating history, later becoming a hotel before being extensively restored, extended and thoughtfully converted to create the exclusive collection of individual residences found here today. Much of the character and grandeur of the original estate remains, providing a truly distinctive setting in which to live.
Occupying the ground floor, this impressive apartment offers an exceptional amount of living space and has been newly carpeted throughout.
All three bedrooms are generously proportioned doubles, complemented by three bathrooms, making the accommodation particularly well suited to families, professional sharers or those simply looking for an abundance of space.
At the heart of the property is an extremely spacious kitchen/dining room, together with a large separate living area. From the kitchen/diner, doors open directly onto a private patio overlooking the beautifully maintained communal gardens, which extend towards the River Thames.
Residents of Wraysbury Hall enjoy access to the extensive communal riverside grounds, providing wonderful spaces to relax and enjoy the surroundings, together with the added benefit of private residents’ tennis courts and the opportunity to sit beside the river.
Despite its peaceful semi-rural position, Wraysbury Hall is extremely well connected. Staines-upon-Thames and Egham are both within a short drive, while excellent road links provide convenient access to the M25, Heathrow Airport and the wider motorway network.
Further benefits include ample residents’ parking.
