Payments associated with early termination of the tenancy, when requested by the tenant.
Payments in respect of utilities, communication services, TV licence and council tax.
A default fee for late payment of rent, charged at 3% of the rent amount due (when payments are over 14 days late).
Payment of for the reasonably incurred costs for the loss of keys/security devices.
