Residential Sales
As a Consultant in our residential sales team, you will be responsible for helping buyers find their dream homes. Understanding their requirements, matching them to properties and carrying out viewings, ultimately leading to an offer that can be negotiated on behalf of the seller.
Residential Lettings
Similarly to our sales teams, a Lettings Consultant is also responsible for finding people their next home. Building close relationships with our landlords, lettings consultants will help find the best tenants carry out viewings, and agree the best lease terms for both parties.
Office Support & Customer Services
We have a wide variety of office support and customer services roles, including Property Management, front line support, administrative as well as HR, Finance, IT and marketing. We pride ourselves on providing excellent service across our support teams.
Business Development
The perfect place to learn the property industry, our Central Property Services team supports our entire branch network. Our advisors create opportunities for our wider branch network, by contacting potential clients, registering applicants, and arranging viewings.
