We will only share your Residency membership number and name with our trusted partners, except for the exclusive discounts site who we will need to provide your email address to so they can send you the link you need to signup. No additional personal or financial information will be shared. We work closely with Lifetime Legal, Mortgage Scout, St James’s Place and Vaboo to provide these benefits to our members. The No Deposit Option (NDO) is part of the Residency membership. With this option the tenant can pay the monthly membership fee without the need to have the traditional deposit amount tied up for the duration of the tenancy. The tenant will still be liable for any damages at the end of the tenancy and there is a monthly fee to be a Residency member. Residency benefits are only available where the membership subscription and rent are paid up to date.
