Stirling Ackroyd Legal is a brand owned by the Stirling Ackroyd Group. The Group took legal action against a third party (now called Ackroyd Legal, together with an individual associated with that company) complaining that it was using that brand without consent. That action resulted in a settlement agreement linked to a High Court order of 5 January 2021. Ackroyd Legal breached parts of that settlement agreement and the Group was forced to obtain a further High Court order of 6 May 2022 compelling Ackroyd Legal to comply with those terms. Ackroyd Legal no longer uses the Stirling Ackroyd Legal brand.
