If you meet our eligibility criteria for proceeding with a tenancy without a deposit, and the landlord agrees, you may proceed without a deposit and pay a monthly fee to us. If you decide to proceed without providing a deposit, you also can opt to become a member of The Tenant Club (TTC), under which you will be entitled to various benefits.
